We stayed at Level Chicago - River North and had an excellent experience! The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, featuring modern design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. A big bonus was the additional amenities, such as the gym and common areas for relaxation. Everything was top-notch! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in Chicago. We will definitely stay here again!

Thank you to the team @ Level for a wonderful stay. Everyone loved the views we had from our room. The conference spaces were perfect for those of us that had to work remotely. Big shoutout to Keri at the front desk for a seamless check-in and for her ongoing support during the week. Even when there was a lobby full of people and it was just her at the desk— she was an immaculate professional and handled it with grace and ease. 10/10 Would definitely stay with Level again!

it is a modern but warm luxury apartment on the 31st floor in a luxury building ! We really liked the free arcade room and the outdoor patio with heaters ! would be nice to return in weather that can allow use of the pool! amazing views!!

It’s a great location, a 5 minute walk to Merchandise Mart station, the river and bars and cafes. Supermarket a 10 min walk away. 10 minute walk to the blue train line to the airport. Fantastic facilities, pool, gym and lounge area with shuffleboard.

The location was great. I did everything walking. They're pet friendly. The place is extremely clean! Everything looks new and chic. The amenities are really nice. The pool has a nice view. The gym is very complete. It is a quiet place. They have parking. They have pet area inside the building.

Everything was perfect! We didn't have a great view of Chicago but we didn't have a problem because it was too cold to go out on the balcony. anyway it was 10 out of 10. a very comfortable bed, a kitchen that had everything you need if you plan to cook, and a spectacular bathroom! Phil Kalyan was at the reception the day we checked out in the morning he was very friendly and he helped us with everything as well as the other receptionist the night before, both very friendly. we will come back again.

It felt safe with all of the card scanning requirements. It was east to get deliveries and food delivered. The in unit washer/dryer was very convenient. Trash chute location was convenient as well. The view was amazing!
